It stopped working after the forced OS update to Jelly Bean version 4.2.1, but unfortunately my phone had been patched by Verizon so it was not vulnerable to any of the root exploits, and therefore could not be rooted. After losing connectivity to my Facebook app and then spending hundreds of hours without sleep trying to resolve the problem and being frustrated beyond belief, I got FB working on my Android Motorola RAZR again and all associated apps.
